Your color scheme is nice. This is your personal site? then the primary goal is to let us know about you. Your start page has nothing about you. Just a picture and a quote. Since you are using fixed height presentation. If you can get your content to fill with out over flow. It would be much cleaner. Add more pages. Nobody likes forced intros. Put a link so that people can view if they want to. People with slow connections have problems with these. All in all I am a fan of flash. Nice site.
