Did you use the default 12fps for your Flash movie?

The fading seems a little jerky. If you did try 12fps, I'd suggest 24fps and space out the animation over twice as many frames (assuming you did it by tweening on the timeline).

I see you have your logo as a JPG. I think a GIF would be better, though the file size is quite small anyway. Just a quality thing.

Navigation seems straightforward, so answering your question: yes, a granny ought to be able to use it :)

It has a good professional look to it, easily comparable to many other telecomms sites.

You may want to change the title where it says Simplicity. Simplicity was a long distance carrier that changed into Powernet Global. Good looking site. You may want to change the rate page some. There is a lot of info and color and is a little overwhelming. I would also make the testimonial stand out a little more. Other than that it compares well with other type of sites.
