I currently get about 15,000 hits per day at this site. I am better at networking but I do love webdesign as I find it challenging.

What do you think of the site visually?

15000 a day! I'm jealous. Looks good. The only thing I would add is to make the links change colour when the mouse is passed over them. Otherwise, very nice. Good luck with it.

Every time you go to a new page it opens a new page. Some of the pop up killers will stop of this and a lot of people do not like to have to close all the windows.

You should have contact information on every page I could not even find an email address.

The site does look good just I think a couple changes would help.

Hi Janeth and Nick.
Because I get a lot of traffic AND visitors on my site I don't really want to put my email there coz of "email harvesting" (it got pretty bad at one stage) but I do have the Live Help button. So far that has worked very effectively for me. When people click on it they can leave me a message. When I decide to let people know of my online presence the same button helps them communicate with me directly. This way I can make em feel at home on the site without having so much spam.

I do have a logo. It's on the top left. It's wearing a Christmas cap right now. I will be setting it back to the normal look soon. Just that I get messages from people saying it is really cute, but all good things must come to an end.
