This is the type of websites I flee immediately. Asking for an email address on the front page on the front page is often considered too much.

my sentiment exactly... you gotta have more information as to why I should give you my email. let your visitor know what so special about that free report.. only then people will be curious to learn more about it and give you their email address in exchange for the information.

I come a cross many sites similar to this one..and I find myself clicking the back button straight away! why?

mmm.. well.. looking at it for the first 10 seconds I get the feeling this site will offer me nothing..maybe this is me being judgemental.. the very large text heading would put me off immediately (sorry) - but you really need to make it smaller, get rid of the red font, use colours that are easier to read...

centralising the heading also gives the feeling this is an advert rather than a website... left align them...

whiter background with dark blue fonts might give your pages more of a professional look and feel and get people to trust you more.
