Get rid of the ad banner (unless you are being paid to have it there) at the top and the American Flag, does not look professional. You need some intro text into who you are, what you do etc. A map on the front page isn't enough. If you need any advice e-mail me dan_bradshaw@hotmail.com

Very Nice site. Well done and very good design. Maybe add some better graphics andI agree with the other guy that the American Flag doesnt really fit in. Maybe have a intro page or have your logo bigger on the front page otherwise people wont know who you are straight away.
