Eric:
The site seems well organized and thought out. The only problem I see with it is that the colors are king of harsh on the eyes (but then again I just woke up. LOL)
Other than that it seems like a pretty straight forward site.
Good luck with it.

the background color for the headings by the side are kinda harsh.. and doesnt really complements the heading color.. in some pages, i could hardly see the heading color.

All this from: Web Page Analyzer :

Analysis and Recommendations

* TOTAL_HTML - Congratulations, the total number of HTML files on this page (including the main HTML file) is 1 which most browsers can multithread. Minimizing HTTP requests is key for web site optimization.
* TOTAL_OBJECTS - Warning! The total number of objects on this page is 27 - consider reducing this to a more reasonable number. Combine, refine, and optimize your external objects. Replace graphic rollovers with CSS rollovers to speed display and minimize HTTP requests.
* TOTAL_IMAGES - Warning! The total number of images on this page is 17 , consider reducing this to a more reasonable number. Combine, refine, and optimize your graphics. Replace graphic rollovers with CSS rollovers to speed display and minimize HTTP requests.
* TOTAL_CSS - Congratulations, the total number of external CSS files on this page is 2 . Because external CSS files must be in the HEAD of your HTML document, they must load first before any BODY content displays. Although they are cached, CSS files slow down the initial display of your page.
* TOTAL_SIZE - Warning! The total size of this page is 177585 bytes, which will load in 35.79 seconds on a 56Kbps modem. Consider reducing total page size to less than 30K to achieve sub eight second response times on 56K connections. Pages over 100K exceed most attention thresholds at 56Kbps, even with feedback. Consider contacting us about our optimization services.
* TOTAL_SCRIPT - Warning! The total number of external script files on this page is 7 , consider reducing this to a more reasonable number. Combine, refine, and optimize your external script files. Ideally you should have one (or even embed scripts for high-traffic pages) on your pages.
* HTML_SIZE - Congratulations, the total size of this HTML file is 20369 bytes, which less than 20K. Assuming that you specify the HEIGHT and WIDTH of your images, this size allows your page to display content in well under 8 seconds, the average time users are willing to wait for a page to display without feedback.
* IMAGES_SIZE - Warning! The total size of your images is 148447 bytes, which is over 30K. Consider optimizing your images for size, combining them, and replacing graphic rollovers with CSS.
* SCRIPT_SIZE - Congratulations, the total size of all your external scripts is 388 bytes, which is less than 4080 bytes. This will fit into three higher-speed TCP-IP packets.
* CSS_SIZE - Warning! The total size of your external CSS is 8381 bytes, which is over 8K. Consider optimizing your CSS for size by eliminating whitespace, using shorthand notation, and combining multiple CSS files where appropriate.
* MULTIM_SIZE - Congratulations, the total size of all your external multimedia files is 0 bytes, which is less than 4K.

It's a good tool :)

Default slow load

I wanted to thank everyone for the great feedback. I was searching the web because I remembered a transition or probably more likely code that showed the page as it loads. I found code that showed a loading bar which is at least something but I would much rather viewers see the site as it loads almost as if a blurry picture becomes sharp. I don't know if the html transitions would do this or if I need some code. It would be nice for 56K users to see the site in a faster time without cutting down on the quality of the images. Does anyone know how to do this what I found on the web was vague and sort of danced around the subject. Thanks again.

Viper.....

Last year some time I submitted a website to be reviewed at another forum. During that discussion we touched upon image size etc.

It was at This place here.

It might help.

Default Changed colors

I used the colors in my logo as the boxes the only reason I had the colors the way they were before was I wanted an attention grabber when you transitioned into the store but after looking at it I have to agree with you it was kind of childish. How about the colors now do they look more professional?
