Please review my design site

I just got done uploading my new freelance graphic design website http://www.arcaneimagery.tk and was looking for some constructive critisizm on its layout and design. I utilized Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and of course Photoshop. Overall I think the site is a vast improvement from my previous versions and have even included a 88x31 button exchange at the very bottom of the main page so as not to degrade the layout yet give any affiliates maximum exposure.

Although the style is not my cup of tea, the execution is good. Nav make sense, and while you could add more background-to-text contrast to improve readability.

You put forth a proposition of why people should hire you -- a plus. Your works are well showcased and have a distinctive look -- a plus.

Setting (MSIE 6 768x1024) to "Larger" text size did cause some body text to drop behind other blocks in the layout. Due to the low contrast you may find a slightly higher than average percentage of surfers trying to set the text size larger for readability.

In all a good site, nicely executed.

Yes DCrux I can deffinitely see what you talking about as far as the text is concerned I will make adjustments later on when I have time. Yes the style is unique because I wanted to go with something different that would sepperate my site from the millions of other freelancers. Some are quite good if not better than mine but too many look like nothing more than an average template or have megatons of flash which if improperly done are nothing more than a waste of bandwith.
