We are venturing out a bit into Pre-Paid legal services and have come up 2 similar designs.
The second has only 1 change from the original which will be obvious.

The intent is to be warm, inviting "safe" and informational, yet very different from the rest. It's my opinion that the "second" design gives the feeling we are after where the first seems to say "global", which we are not.

Currently these are just LARGE images.

Your thoughts/comments are appreciate.

very nice looking beginning... personally, of the two photos, I prefer the man/woman. The "earth" really has nothing to do with the services you are offering... however, you might be better with a legal type logo (I realize that you have that on the right side of the page.. but you might also want to consider switching their positions). and indicate that your services are restricted to a specific geographical area.
all in all, you have a good start..
