Can I have someones honest opinion please. what do you think?

In general, it's nice but I have a few comments.
1) Your WELCOME frame should stand out so people have the opportunity to read it first. A good introduction is very important to show your visitors what your site is about.

2) colors are fine but it took me a while to notice that what I thought was your top banner was a functioning menu. Most visitors won't notice it.

3) empty space under hosting (left side)and read the news is a no. no.

4) If you put google ads on your site to actually make a little profit from it, you should put it under Hosting (right side).
If you just like the look of it on your website then, leave it where it is.
