We designed this site 1.5 years ago and now I am going to redesign it.
I'll appreciate any opinion about what is bad in current site to avoid same mistakes in the new one.

The site looks good right now. The use of color as a layout element and breadcrumb is a nice touch. On a 768x1024 view, the bottom nav is the only thing which drops below the screen. Sinc it copies the side nav, perhaps it can be eliminated.

Perhaps a little more about thought process on individual projects. You can talk about the difficulties in working with an offsite programming or technical team, and what you do to counter these problems. Otherwise you will have to rely on stylistic changes for any redesign.

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Slightly slow to load but otherwise looks really good to me. Making changes is always difficult as it may affect your exisitng Search Engine ranking (I see your have a Google PR of 5/10). Just because a site is more than a year old doesn't mean it has to be changed. Whatever you decide to do, good luck with it.

Site was very slow to load for me and I'm running adsl.

I love the bright powerful colours but lots of people don't.

Home page is very busy - is there any way to move just some of it away?

The little bit that dropped off my screen (1024x768) niggles me a bit as the width is fine.

Otherwise for me I'd just make little tweaks - I like it.

indeed it maybe little bit slow, reason can be not only size, but fact that it hosted in Europe, not US.
I should think about it.
