Advise to improve:

Red text on blue backround is nasty and unreadable.
Ditto moving text at the top.
"$50 Grand Prize" and "Earn 1% Daily" are not actually great motivators to me.
It's all a bit of a scrappy mess with no immediate and clear indication why anyone should stay more than a few seconds here. Imagine seeing your home page for the very first time - would you stay and attempt to fight your way through it?

Totally agree with Paul - when i landed on the page my eyes were all over the place. the dark blue certainly put me off - i would recommend light grey to match with the top navigational bar you are using at the top of the page.
The scrolling bar across the page is way too big in font.. very distracting!!!
I would recommend verdana font at size 8 or 10. also left align - we are passed the stage to use centre alignment.. ;)

change the whole of the right handside and place it on the left - i am assuming you want people to read the news..usually people consider the right hand side for adverts and banners which they totally ignore...

you also have way too many packages for memberships.. am in shock.. it confuses matters.. but anyhow..this is not a design issue this is a sales strategy issue you need to look into.

Good luck
