I have just completed a new design for my web hosting site: www.inexpensive-web-host.net.

To be completely honest this is my first solo web design effort that I didn't use a template or SiteStudio software. I usually have one of the programmers I employ do this work [they are currently busy on paid client work :-) ] so I am expanding my horizons on in house projects.

Any constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The site layout looked really great, though it could be less cluttered where the specs are shown. I looked in the source code. The first thing that hit me was the 'front page express' tag. For a professional group... then <META NAME="REVISIT-AFTER" CONTENT="1 Week">... I think the ones that DO accept this tag only take 15 days and up. I think it's more worthless than it is helpful though. At the very bottom it says how fast the page was rendered in html comment tags... why???

At the bottom links of the page the links twitch if you scroll over the long terms. Just throw in a
somewhere in the middle to avoid this. I still like www.anhosts.com way better.

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Slightly slow to load particularly the top graphic. Slightly too wide for 800x600. Might be nice if the links didn't resize when the mouse is passed over them. Otherwise, a very attractive design. Good luck with it.

I do like the overall design of the site, although I must admit also, it is a bit slow to load.

For a first time effort, I think you did great, but as we all know..you only get better in time. Keep up the good work.
