You need to set a backgound colour on your main text area. It appears non-white on non-white Windows setups.

My first thought was 'that loads slowly'. When I looked at the images the main one is 142kb. The side buttons are about 7kb each (around 56kb total). The top image is 30kb. Then there are sundry buttons and the actual content.

The homepage alone is greater than 250kb - that's around 2 minutes plus download time on a dialup connection!

The images are similarly large (and slow loading) for the rest of the site. The Loan Programs page just took nearly 10 seconds to load and I'm on broadband. A dialup user could really have waited well over a minute, I guess.

This could be affecting your positioning by pushing people away from you.
