Criticism and positive feedback welecome

You have no background colour set on the homepage - so it appears non-white on non-white browsers.

When I clicked on Universities my first thought was I'd gone to a different site. The navigation would be better if it worked like that on the homepage. Similarly, if I click ona country there is the default HTML hyperlink colouring which makes it seem different again.

The font is predominantly Times, but the sans serif in the inner navigation looks better to me. Maybe consider standardising with one font?

The navigation is a bit odd. If I click Submit A Site, I get a page with Home, About Us, and Suggestions on the side. I am evidently on Guidelines judging by the bold text. If I click Home I go the the main index page again - but the top bar has more choices than appear in the inner navigation. See what I mean?

And it is different again on the Universities page. Very confusing (for me, anyway :))

ye i know i have a few navigation issues on the top toolbar menu, fixed some of what you have mentioned.
