Default Yooter just did a redesign

What do you guys think?

http://www.yooter.com

added small amounts of flash.. standardized navigation... and so fourth... the site always ranked well... so of course fear spread amoung the company when we decided to redesign it.. however the redesign is complete.. and no noticable drop in rankings.. it's been a few weeks now..

What I am actually looking for is if the site is user friendly..... though we are great at SEO .. humans are more difficult :)

Nice believable and credible feel to the site. The top link 'Google's Guidelines' (a nice feature) takes one off the site.

I can't see how to get 'home'. Good use of Flash (much better than your friends Sparkcreatives - another link that takes visitors away from your site.)

You quote intitials like ROI, SEO, SEM without definitions. You may feel your market should know these already - but I would never assume anything.

I'm not sure why a site like this needs a stats counter at the foot of each page. It appears to be counting server hits too and not visitors.
