You'll get more of a response if you post this in the 'Submit your site for review' section =)
I viewed the site in Firefox 1.0.6
I think it looks really clean and professional. The logo is great, the meaning of the heart with the plaster on it is instantly obvious - well done. I'm not sure how people will respond to the whole idea of the site but there's only one way really to find out and that's to promote it and see what happens.
The top part of the front page looks great, some nice bold colours and everything is arranged well. 122.32 kB is very big for that background picture of the woman though and it's the last thing that loaded on the page - this will affect download time greatly on a dialup. You shouldnt really go above 10kB for an image so I'd recommend reoptimising this.
The bottom part looks a bit too faint and not as interesting as the top. It may look better with some more bold colours but you may have done this to make the focal point the top of the page.
The discussion topics page may have a problem with the menu that appears on the left side of the screen. What happens with that in the lower resolutions? The top part of the page seems to be centralised just like the rest of the site but the bottom is left aligned. Should they both be centralised?
On the personals page the word 'create' has a really small e. So is the 'for' and 'or' but these may have been on purpose.
The my e-mail and e-cards is a good idea as it will get people to come back to your site. So it should help to increase your traffic.
The store looks good too, simple but there's no link that I can see to get back to the main site.
One thing you should check on all your pages is can you read all the text easilly against your chosen background colours and can your target market? Also the two adverts - top and bottom looks a bit overkill, especially on the pages with little content.
Otherwise it's a nice site!
Hope this helps =)
