#1 thing that I see wrong with your site is iframes.
You don't need them and they will hurt you in the search engines.

The src files in your iframes will be indexed by the search engines and may pull up outside of the context of the iframe.

Also, I would suggest make a more "homepage" homepage.

Overall good job though.

Keith

Default Good enough design in my view.

1. Enough with one picture?
2. Printer fiendly site. Why not change it to site for Text Browsers like Lynx http://lynx.browser.org/?
3. You may test the code. Links given on my own site along the left edge.

Ctrl + f + Quality control

or scroll down.

I think it's a pretty nice looking site, but the source code looks a bit dated. Formatting with tables and many, many uses of the old spacer gif! I think your next step is to learn CSS and simplify your source code. A "media=print" style sheet would make your "Printer Friendly Pages" obsolete.

The keywords tag is silly: way too many words, plus they should all be on one line.

It's a pity to have keyword-rich content buried in image files (such as tagline.jpg and benefits-header.jpg) where search engines and impaired visitors can't read it.

I would probably make that banner (logo.jpg) function as a link back to the home page.

Text links along page bottom are a good idea, but they should be over a solid color, as the patterned background ("footer.jpg") makes them a bit hard to read.

I like the fact that you have a reasonable amount of meaningful content on the home page. I'm not so keen about the last sentence though. "How will this benefit my company?" I think it might be better to re-phrase the sentence so it's more clearly positive. Something like: "See how Accolution will benefit your company."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you have a minute, I'm curious to know what you'd do to improve this website: educational toys.
Thank you all for the input so far. It is great!
Great comments on how to improve the coding and content. I will certainly be discussing this with our developer.
Thanks again!!
Nice looking site, easy to navigate, clean design, but I agree about the code. I have to admit I still haven't mastered non-table based layouts, but even with basic css knowledge you could clean your code up, get rid of the javascript,(or at least put you javascript in an external file) and optimise all your headings for SEO.
Also I would recommend the images are saved correctly - tagline.jpg should be a gif - as a rule remeber that photos should be saved as JPEGs and any text image or line drawing as a gif. This will prevent the distortion you currently have on the text and make the overall filesize smaller.
Also you get 17 errors with w3c validation, of which using css would clear up at least half - and you have no doctype declaration. Also it would appear you havent encoded some of your special characters for html (webmonkey has a great resource for this.)
A nice looking site just needs some code clean up.
