I guess I was too general...here are two sections that I am constantly working on to try and make better. any thoughts/ideas would be great.
1) Our photo galleries. I go to a lot of shows and take photos and so far this is the best I could come up with as far as a design for a gallery goes, without using flash http://www.empyrelounge.com/gallerie...805_blocparty/ 2) Our interviews are all audio based and have been turned into Podcasts. Any better way to do these? http://www.empyrelounge.com/intervie...2405_howieday/

The site is good enough where opinions will not yield as much as testing will. This means user testing to uncover non obvious interaction problems and opportunities.
It's possible you'll find rating photos will allow users to get to the good stuff. Doing a search for podcast usability should turn up some ideas, although I doubt there has been enough done on this. In short, you'll have to set up a proper test methodology and use observation techniques to determine user goals. |
