Default www.netntt.com review

Hello,

Is my website layout too simplistic? Do you think that it needs more graphics? Any comment is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Perhaps a more varied range of style, with evidence of design trends from this decade. Web design is not all crazy font tricks and graphics, it's also about copy. Explaining why you're different is important.

Web sites are communication-driven. And communication doesn't just "happen" at the end of the typing.

Simplistic is an interesting word to choose. It suggests a lack of sophistication, fluency, or depth. I think it may not have been a word you chose by chance. I might help to check out other sites to update your offerings.

Check out Colly Logic, which is plain -- simple but not simplistic.

So... you're a professional web design "entity" and you have 46 code errors on your home page? Visit http://validator.w3.org/ and see for yourself. I wouldn't "count on your designers' expertise" if your designers can't write code that validates.

Your stylesheet also doesn't validate. What's up with that weird comment in it about using points to define font size? (Who do you think you're "demonstrating" to?) Why on earth are you loading a transparant wedge gif as a background image instead of just defining a background color? On any computer where the user has defined a default backgound color other than white, and on which the user uses IE, your website looks awful.

In your drop-down menu for "SERVICES", "Hosting Plans" lands on top of "Domain Names" whether I check it in IE, Firefox, or Netscape.

The games you're playing with writing "Web Design" diagonally backwards and with the phone number look worse than just "simplistic" - they look "third grader-ish".

When I saw "Net Ntt Corp", I read it "net nit corp". You might want to change it to "Net NTT Corp. to prevent that.

The only thing I can give you high marks for is that you have a great favicon.

Do I think you need more graphics? Yeah, you might want to try that... after killing the bugs.

yeah, you really need to work on getting that baby validated.

the page is way too busy. both of your menus are pretty well giving you the same links. ditch one of them. i kinda see what you're going for (at least i think i do), but you've really gone and over complicated things.

it's not that you need more graphics, you could make a sweet page with just css and a logo that remains the same on all pages (which i will agree with CJacobson on completely).

and i'm really sorry for this, but after viewing some of your portfolio stuff...what kind of reputable web design firm uses front page? honestly? Once again, i apologize for the frankness of this review, but, what can i say?

as for your SEO services, you need to do some research on that stuff before claiming you can do it...check this site out.

anyways, hope that helps.
