because i thought my sitemap wasn't that good i didn't want to create a menu yet. Instead i have written down how i would like to organise it as shown above. The BOLD words should be the main names (like the navigation bar on webproworld (page One | Forum Index)) when hovering over this names a sub menu should appear containing the not bold links under the bold name

Hi Again,

ok lets see - i checked the keyword tool in overture and it seems the following keyword ( domain hosting service)is more popular than (domain service).
- this is how you spell (maintenance). If you are stuck in spelling use winword spell check ;)

- is the auction service a specific one? if yes, then use that keyword in the menu.
The list seems descriptive enough and easy to understand - I would recommend you use good titles for the pages on your site + relevant meta tags - this should help you in boosting your web presence.

use this tool to check the most popular keywords:
http://www.guaranteed-website-promot...ord-phrase.htm

- finally your sitemap should have more information than the menu- for example the e-store? what is it selling? use these products to list them in the sitemap!

thanks,
Tania

It seems straightforward enough. I assume that you are not listing every single page of the site, but only the most important pages?

That has to be the way to go when you have a really large site. But I sometimes wonder what the point is of having a sitemap that isn't comprehensive.

If there are sections of your site that aren't too much larger, you might consider having a expanding and contracting sections, to add more pages. Something like the Windows help files interface, with a plus or minus to indicate that a section can be expanded when you click it. You could build it in Javascript, or do something server-side if you're concerned about getting all the pages indexed.
