We know that some of our problems include: heavy catalogue page, messy HTML code and potentially better SEO site wide. Any solutions to these problems would be much appreciated!

I don't have a lot to say about your site, but I think it deserves a few reviews so I'm bumping it back to the top of the list.

However...

I DO particularly like your "About Us" page. I like the tone of your copy on every page.

I think your own assessment of the page ("heavy catalogue page, messy HTML code, and potentially better SEO site-wide") was right on. While you're cleaning things up, I'd strongly suggest you go to an external stylesheet.

You really need (and don't have) a tag defining background color. (On Netscape and Firefox you get white by default, but on IE sometimes your site will be superimposed over a non-white background pre-selected by the visitor. I can tell you, your site looks pretty bad with a tan background!)
