Quick review - It took me a while to figure out what you were offering. Because people skim websites quickly, you want to grab them quickly - not just tell them what you're selling but give them a reason to stay!

You should give readers an overview of what the site is all about. You do some of this on your About Us page, but it should be the first text your readers see when they go to the home page.

As for what's already written, the punctuation is bad and that makes the writing hard to read and understand. A proofreader could help with that, although I do think it would be valuable to hire a copywriter.

The Google ads up top take up too much of the space you should take for yourself to plug the products you are selling. Also, many of these ads compete with you! Don't let your potential customers end up at someone else's site!

Also, you need to establish trust. Let people know why they won't get ripped off if they buy from you.

I also noticed that it's not easy to buy from you. I didn't know where to click and when I finally clicked on a picture, I got to a screen asking me to log in. There isn't anything that explains to me why I should register. You should explain this to readers.

I hope this is helpful.

Janet

is this a sales site or a community site? Its pretty confusing in that aspcet. I can understand building a community into a sales site but its not clear what this site is. If its going to be a sales site, drop the google ads. Do you see BN.com ads on Amazon?

Technically speaking the CSS needs a little work, but the HTML needs a horendus amount of work. In fact I am suprised that it shows up ok in my browser.

The site also takes a little too long to load. Try optimzing the code more.

Whats with the links on the left side to the different car manufacturers? I had to look closely to figure out where they went and what they were for. Are they brands I can buy or talk about or what? Are you sure that you want to send potential customers away from your site?

On a positive note the graphics and flash are pretty well done. The over all flow and design of the site is not bad at all, just needs some polish.
