I have just done a full redesign of my website using a content management system and also incorporated a live help system.

The pages seem to be quite long
There is a lot of blank space on pages
Do the banners generate good revenue if not you should take them off advertising other companies on your site takes away from your own.
The site did not grab me enough maybe you want to spruce up your index page a little remember people make their dissection within the first few seconds weather or not to go on.

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Loads reasonably fast. Good navigation and a very attractive design. Good luck with it.

Good site, nice design, but me advice is to make first page shorter and little more consistent.
