This is an online dating service that I have been working on for awhile.

I have had this layout for a while now and I think it in no longer effective.

Please let me know what you honestly think could be improved.

I am honestly considering completely re-doing the layout so any tips would be useful.

i had a look at it. My first impression:

blue is a cold color and does not fit for a dating page at all. Use more "warm" colours on your redesign.
