On a technical note. Your meta Keywords and descriptions appear to be the same on each page. This can be considered spam. They should change on each page to reflect what the page is about, not remain consistent throughout the site. Your keywords should also be in the text of the page somewhere.

Now, for my opinion. You use a few to many colors, especially in the navigation.

Hi,
I got a litte distracted... but I noticed that your tables are not consistant throughout the page. I suggest making the entire site the width of your first three images on the home page. This way it adds a consistancy as well as allows for different screen sizes. Also you might stick to three colors for your color scheme.
