I worked hard on the site (www.neuhomecare.com) to give it a “high-end” look and feel to match the performance and elegance of or NEU product line.

The line is exclusive, elegant and safe for everyone… But, is the website?????

The site is being crawled and ranked fine (the way I designed it).

The GOOD
Keywords – Work!
Traffic – Great!
Crawled – good!
Rank – Top 5

THE PROBLEM – NO SALES YET??

PLEASE let me know anything that may be “feel” wrong.
Is it the “paypal” thing?
Customers drop off at the order page….
Product, price, look, navigation????

Thanks a bunch, love the forum and ANY feedback or suggestions are appreciated.

Anyone that responds… I will throw in a “NEU - Kitchen Care Kit” raffle (good luck).

One thing that I noticed on all pages is that you use about 4-5 different fonts on each page. For me it was hard to read and follow the text as you have it. If a user can not read or follow your text maybe this is why your not getting sales.

Another thing is your links. You have to drag your mouse over the page just to find some links.

Century Gothic might not be installed on all computers of your web site visitors so your font style might not be viewed properly. Use Arial or Verdana if you want a sans serif.

Your text links need some kind of mouseover effect; it's hard to discern links from plain text.

I added products to my cart and then launched into a PayPal checkout... PayPal? Really? And how do I view my shipping costs? I want to know that BEFORE I give you my personal info. I'd recommend using a gateway that interfaces with your own web site. That might be your problem in closing sales, PayPal is not a "professional" option to some people.

The bravenet counter on the first page ruined it for me. I liked the simplicity of the index page (although i could barely read the word gentle in white against the pale yellow background), its a shame the simple design of the first page does not carry through in my opinion. The inner pages look a little disorganised to me and as Marcie said finding which bits of the text are links can be a struggle. Also i am not a fan of all the pages being different colours, maybe thats just me.

You have made a fantastic start with the index page, but i believe you need to carry that same standard through to the other pages. Your job is to make as easy as possible for someone to spend money at your site, i dont think you have achieved this yet.
