Default www.bestafs.com

I have had this site for quite a while. I'm thinking of changing it for a new look or should I keep it the same? If I get enough positive reviews I'll just keep it "as is" I could make some minor changes or do a whole makeover.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.
Rich

Default PLEASE CHANGE IT QUICK!!!

Aye caramba!

Rich, buddy, please change this site soon.

I got the weirdest error, well dialog box, when attempting to access the order page that asked if I wanted to allow this web page to paste information from my clipboard. Clicking on "No" wasn't good enough as the dialog box just kept appearing and I don't trust any site enough to click yes. What is up with that bug? I couldn't even get in there long enough to view source to see if it was something I could diagnose. Please fix that problem first and foremost.

Those navigation buttons are interesting, though you might want to do something that more closely resembles your logo. The swirls and color scheme could be used to make a very nice site overall.

The navigation itself is a little wacky and seems to change from page to page. This needs to be more consistent throughout the site.

The text on the home page is a little overwhelming. You may want to consider changing the text to smaller bite-sized chunks or spreading the information over several pages. In some cases, less is more.

From your testimonials it sounds like you have a great product. Now you just need a great web site to promote and sell that product.

Good luck and look for some more reviews.

Default emphasising trust

Hello,

This seems like your average sales site... loads of writing in different colours and formats. The menu bar can be improved, this looks a bit cheesy. The logo is nice. Generally, the site is an expected format.

Again, as with other sites, where are your contact details? I wouldn't buy anything from a site that did not state their contact details. Because i wouldn't trust them - would you?

Actually i clicked on contact and it had an email only. This is worse - any successful fraudster has an email only. Not to say you are, but your first priority must be on emphasising the customer's trust.
