Web site review and seo advice..

Hi all,
I've been getting the newsletter for some time and have found it very useful. However, as far as seo goes, I'm a real newbie! My site does well on msn.co.uk, but really struggles of google.co.uk.
I'd be grateful if you could take a look at the site, firstly from a design perspective (I use oscommerce) and secondly, any seo tips would be greatly appreciated. It's a site that sells purely Yankee Candles, and I'd say about 80-90% of customers are female.
Keep up the good work - it really helps us newbies in the dizzy world of seo-ing.
