Best place for SEO?

I have already had great reviews on my site www.find-a-quote.com . I am curious if I need SEO or is my site ok. I know I have to add alt tags on my images and sometime my load time is a little long. But, is that it? How the rest of it? I use the site www.sitereportcard.com to check my site out and they give me a pretty good rating. Is there any others sites that anyone knows of?

Depends on what you're looking for. When it comes to SEO, you're only talking about the coding of the site.

They is a whole thread on SEO here. Do a search and you will find it. They have listed all kinds of sites you can use to make your site better.
