The site looks professional, and seems to fit in with your market sector. I found it easy to navigate around. Nice use of graphics and colour - enough to make the pages look interesting without overwhelming your text content.

It was slow to load pages, which was slightly off-putting for a company that hosts websites and shares files. I have a 2mbit broadband connection BTW.

Your 'contact us' link would probably be better as a form with server-side script, rather than a mailto: link.
