The site is certainly clear, but I'd personally prefer to see a few other colours rather than the monochrome, grey/green look you have at the moment. A few more colours (within your colour theme) might help give sections of your pages more identity. A couple of carefully selected graphics might make the pages more appealing also - there's loads of free clip art available. Photos of people and faces seem to draw viewers to parts of your text.
