Well let's see. Everything on your site is centered, which can be a no-no. I would like to suggest coming up with more of a format than just stacking things and letting the page run as long as it has to in order to fit everything. It is generally a good idea to have the navigation easy to find without needing to scroll, so other people can see what you have right away without having to look around to figure out how to get around your site.

Also, some of your different pages have different backgrounds and graphic styles entirely. This destroys the cohesiveness of your site. Try to maintain a little more consistency.

Your header graphics are really large. You could get away with something smaller and neater to help save yourself some bandwidth costs and bring that navigation (links) closer to the top.

Not... so... many... images!! AHH!!

The visitor will be likely to click the back button. The very top image is cool. Leave it, then have the text right under and the first thing it should say is what your company offers. Avoid promotional language, people grow weary and click back. Be honest. People are less likely to read bold text. It's better to go with a solid color in the case of your site...

Layout ....woof! Here's a nice promotional site. Petco has a nice layout for information.

You don't need to copy, feel free to improve upon what you find. Pictures of dogs can be minimal, supplement with (small) pictures of owners along with comments: "My little [pet name] had washed out of three other obedience programs. Hargis had my dog trained in X days."
