Very cute. I like your use of pastels ;). Perhaps you could fix your description (metatag)? It has keywords in it. Many may be reluctant to click if think the link is just going to be a doorway page with a redirection or link. "Thinking of hiring a bouncy castle, " Put a question mark... Intro text is the most important. You should state what your company or organization does the very first text the people will read. Very cool though, I always wondered who made those ;).

I like it, but have just a few things I should mention.

The first is that your site breaks in Mozilla-based (Netscape) browsers. It looks like a box-model problem to me, as though you programmed for the IE box model instead of using standards and then the IE box-model hack to display properly. I wasn't sure if you were aware of this or not. I'm posting a link to a minimized screenshot of what I saw. Take a look and decide for yourself if it's something you want to fix: http://24.220.46.141/images/brokensite.jpg

Second, I think the header logo is great, but I do wonder about the lavender color of your "B" and "c". It seems fuzzier than the other colors, which causes it to lose an edge. When you lose the edge, you diminish the impact of that graphic; considering it's the first graphic we're supposed to see and that it is representational of your site, I would consider sharpening it up (or even making it a little darker).

Finally, what are those numbers topping the left and right columns?

Thanks for the comments.
Elite Skills, "Pastels" i thought they were just green and blue shades, pastels sound better tho :)
I changed the description recently, both keywords and description were exactly the same at one point, ill look it see what i can do. thinking of hiring a bouncy castle is more of a statement than a question, although it is a question, its a statement?
And we only hire them we dont make them.

ActionPlant.
I did know about the broken bits in netscape, just not too sure how to fix it, i had simillar trouble with opera 6 got that working eventually. I havnt gotten round to trying again, according to our stats less than 1% of our visitors use mozilla based browsers so there really hasnt been the urgency to get it done. It does look ugly, maybe time to fix it after seeing that again. The logo has given me a lot of grief, that is about the 5th version of that one after 2 or 3 others, its the way coraldraw compress it i think, then again if its cleaner and sharper would it not get too big for the average dial up, especially with all the other images? Its about 65k at present.
The numbers are contact telephone numbers, they are repeated on the main page.

Thanks again for the comments, appreciated.
