This is a great work! Clean strucutre, high quality pictures, good color balance, easy navigation, no unneccessary and unimportant content with a strict message.
I've found two things you might check:
1. On the Home page the text might not hide the background (it is good on the aims&objectives page)
2. Don't let the page's width to increase above the width of the logo image on the top!

It is a high quality job, congratulates!

I would make the width of the text less as to not to overwhelm the reader and perhaps a short paragraph as an into to give an overview.
