Default Please review VirtualAssistants.com

Hi,

I need some help with my hits so I thought I would submit my site for review. I have already hired two different seo companies but am not getting the results I need. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Default Good site

Affiliation will help you hits more. You can do that yourself or bribe other companies to link you for what your paying them. If you want to pay enter in yahoo directory, get in to lycos, altavista, msn, excite, ask.com, infoseek, overture etc.

Add more keywords try and shave down the file size.
I've never seen a classification meta tag.
Set the background as white. You just let it go off of default right now.

Default Thank you for the review

Thanks Elite Skills for the review. I also had not heard of a classification meta tag. This is what one of the seo companies put up there. I am not sure why they put this on there?

I am looking now for an affiliate program. Any suggestions - was thinking of going with one called Little Salesmen - has anyone used this program?

Anyway, thanks for the suggestions. I appreciate it.

Default background color

Hi,

Check the background color for your page(s).
You might want to set the background color to white.

Right now the viewer's default browser settings show
through... making the website look differently than
you intended.

Thanks vwebworld! I will do this. I have so many pages though I am wondering how to do this on all at one time. Is this possible? Any suggestions?

Thanks again for all your help!

Bel,

If using Macromedia's Dreamweaver you can use the template system to maintain your entire site from one file. It's a very flexible and effective method of maintaining your site.

Makes life a lot easier.

Default Thanks

Thanks Brandblast for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I do not have Dreamweaver but wish I had after your suggestion. Will think about getting it in the future.

Any suggestions on keywords for the search engines? This is my main problem - getting more hits - of course. The boon for every webmaster - alas!

Thanks again for your insight!

Nice looking site.

I would get rid of this

<meta name="revisit-after" content="15 days">

Your telling the robots to wait 15 days before they come back.

I would use the <h> tag in 1,2,3 with your key words in it that will help right now you have no <h> Tags

If I was going to work on two things it would be getting rid of the meta tag that tells the robot to stay away and getting more links.

The third would be adding the <h> tag.

There are a lot of ways to get hits and while the search engines are one of them there not the only one.

Default Hello

Is that a counter on the bottom of the index page. It is showing that you are getting a ton of hits!
You are looking good in Google with a PR of 5... I think the SEO's you hired did a decent job but it does take time.

Liked some of your ideas too.
