This is one of my first attempts of designing a website. Would you kindly take a look at it and tell what you think...good or bad!

First off, I would get rid of the frames.

Also, if you can, I would make it where they could order right on-line. Pick their color, type in text to use and pay for it. You could use PayPal's buy now buttons for ease of use if you do not have a Merchant account. You could also let them have the option of sending payments by mail or by check on-line. PaybyCheck.com is one of them that processes checks on-line. Basically you need to add shopping cart function to your site. If you wait for them to send in for the cards, you won't make as many sales. They want to be able to make the purchase, pay for it and receive the merchandise.

Basically also for the background, I tend to like white backgrounds. How about a car logo and your company name, nice navigation bar on the left. White background in center with text and pictures of some actual cards with links to order that card. Would still need a way for them to type their text and order them on-line.
