I like it. It's simple, straightforward, to the point, and even the yellow looks nice (and I hate yellow!)

I've got three very minor issues with it, though:

1) The mouseover effect for the links appears half-under-the-fold on my browser. I'm running IE6, 1024x768.

2) The PRC mouseover runs into what appears to be the hit counter.

3) The mouseovers are only on the home page. If they were all the way across the site, at least that would be consistent.

Other than that, good stuff.

Clean, concise, easy to get around - things I like about informational web sites.

I have the same issue as Adam on the mouseover text - my text appears right at the page fold when I mouseover your links (on the homepage). If your logo was reduced a bit, that might help with the mouseover/text issue.

Default Clean, Clear and Concise

I hate going to a site that is meant to be informative and see a bunch of junk and flashy crap - yours is what others should aspire to be: clean, clear and concise.

I like the look and feel with the easy flow of information and links for more.

Great use of the headings and emphasis.

Like Adam, I'm not big on yellow (not just the snow) but it's subtle and works well with how it is applied here - very "comfy" and cozy, not loud.

Well done!

Good points. I will change the CSS popup location.
The problem is, in the current position, the vertical distance has to be measured in EMs to accomodate for font size changing. I agree that this was no good idea.

@adamwebdesign: It is deliberately only on the homepage ... I thought it might be boring and getting on your nerves if it would always show. So I employed it only on the homepage ... maybe I make it switchable, if I find a way. Or I take it out and just use link titles ... if only they weren't that damn short.

Thanks for all your input,
Alex
