You might hide the counter.

bath and body you might want to move the pics to the left like they are on other pages.

move text off of the edges

You have some very big text which does not look good.

You have some pics that run into each other while others are spaced out.

Some of your pics are very big in file and you might want to cut the file size down some. Dial up will have a hard time in logging on our site.

On some pages you have way to many font colors.

links page don't center everything. To me it does not look good.

You might want to use the same font size on most of your pages

You have 2 pages when you go into them that are different in design than the others. Makes one think they are on a different site.

Default pic file size?

webhost1 - you said that some of the pics are very big in file. How do I fix that? I use Frontpage - do you know if there is a way to make all pics the same size from the homepage? Or do I just adjust each individual pic by shrinking or what?

Any other advise is greatly welcome! As you know, I am new to this and appreciate any and all suggestions. You are a big help!

There are a few programs out there. I don't know what they are called, have not used any. I used paint in IE before but there are by far more better ones on the market. You might look around in the forums, for I have seen posts on resizing pics. They give the program that was used.

If you can program by hand do it. Frontpage adds extra code into your code that you don't need.

Get a format of the size of pic you want to show and use that. Just adjusting the size would just make the pics look all the same but you still would have the problem of the size of the pic. I think someone said 10 or under is a good file. They load fast and you can have more than usually. However I would still go with one of the programs they said in the forums.

Default size of picture file?

Can anyone tell me what I should do to get my picture file a 10???? I do not know what this means.
And please just keep replies to this method through WPW. I can read better than listen on the phone. Everything you told me on the phone went out the other ear, unless I had a recorder taping it all, I just prefer to have suggestions here please.
Anyway,
I am stumped about the pictures. I look forward to as many replies to this one as possible. I need to make this website as nice as it can be. (for an unprofessional that is! ha ha) But, you have to admit, I am learning! Thanks to all of you!

Default Re: size of picture file?

10 is in reference to 10k. The size of the file. I think the size of one of your pic files was 34-40k. On a dial up phone this would take them some time to upload the imagne. If you have more than 1 on a page that it takes sometime to load.

This help?

Default pic size

Ok, tell me how to change the size please?

I am really new to all of this so please, if you have a recommendation or suggestion for me, please by all means tell me how to fix it rather than just telling me what to fix. I am asking for serious recommendations on this site.
Keep the suggestions and recommendations coming please!

There are graphic programs that can do this for you. I do not know any of the names for them. You can either keep posting on WPW and have someone reply to you, you can search WPW for any threads that deal with this or you can do a web search for any type of program that does this. I do believer there is a forum on WPW that deals with this. Look at the main page.
