www.PremierWebTech.com (Needs opinions.)
Hey guys,
I am new here and this is my 1st post, so hello everyone. I have just started up a small company on the side which offers computer repair and web design. I am not "Highly Advance" hense I am only 16 but I do know quite abit.
Any ways I was wondering what you think of the site.

Thanks,
Joe Hoskins
PS...I am thinking of removing the top navigation bar hense it takes a long time to load and there is a nicer side navigation. What do you think about that?

I think you're better off removing both nav bars and replacing them with plain text hyperlinks.
As far as your overall site goes, for a Front Page site it's not bad, but it triggered off my FP sixth sense.
You're going to need to learn how to hand-code what you've got there now. Not only will the code be a lot cleaner, but quite often you'll improve on it visually as well (although it's not too bad.)
Scrolling header: don't need that. That's just irritating. The only time you should ever use motion is to draw people to something you want them to do, not something you want them to read.
Change the "us" in your menus to "me". They contradict your body copy.
Other than that, it's not bad, especially for a 16-year-old.

Thank you for your post. I think I will try and redo the site in notepad, although F/P helps me with the navigation and tables alot. I will give it a shot, I need to learn that anyways.
Although you did stike me with the plain text links for the navigation...would'nt you think buttons are cleaner? For the top, Yes I agree, but the side I am hesitant, although you are much more advance.
Thanks,
Joe

Get rid of the scrolling thingy.
You have meta tags in your code that you don't need. Take it out.
Other than that it looks ok.

Plain text links would be cleaner, yes.

the BEST prices? well that's saying something. :-P By the way, I am also 16.
Your site seems like it would work better at 800x600. Try connecting your nav bar to the rest of your website... it's choppy.
Take out the scrolling... it looks unprofessional no matter what site it is one.
don't ask so many questions on the front page... Try to sell yourself.
Good site though, hope business goes well for you.
