This is the forum for you. When submitting your site, be sure to discuss what aspect you are looking for input on. Just posting a link with the word 'review' isn't appropriate. |

I have created a new online magazine at http://www.blacklilymag.com and I need as much feedback on its design and loading time.
-thanks |

For one, a website called "blacklilymag" might lead one to think of black instead of pink, but thats my opinion. Load time wasn't too bad, although I am on high speed. The scroll bar on your Weekly Deals section is very difficult to tell that it is a scroll bar. There are many places where images or text seem to overlap a table. The image on top looks like it needs a lot of work. All those exposed garbly pixels might turn some people away. Also, the forum should somewhat resemble the main site. After some changes though you might have yourself a pretty decent looking website.

Nice overall look. Here's what I'd do:
1. Shrink that left-most column up a bit and then push it over to the left so it was in line with the top image. 2. The menu bars seems to break up the page unnecessarily. I'd move it up onto that top image and move "Black Lily" higher up on the image. 3. I'd expand the right column so it was in line with the top image, as well. |

Might cut down your logo just a little.
Why are your headers text to the right? Might move them to the left of each box. You have a lot of white at the bottom of the main page. Any way of changing the colors in the forum to your sites colors? |

I agree, the top image takes up way to much space.
Instead of putting those adverts in a scroll box you could utilise more of the screen and display them somewhere else. When you go to your forum, it should either open in a new window or have a link in the forum that goes back to the main site. Hope this helps. |
