I have been going through all of the 'please do these before you submit' and have improved the scores that the site is getting. So now I am ready for your comments and pointers. One thing I have noticed is that although google spiders me a lot I only have two links in it. Here is the site

Someone else on here had the same question about this. The answer that was given was that the search engines do not post all of your pages at once. This is for your sites safety. Your compention would than have the resources to find your keywords to all your pages and in turn use them.
