The header on the homepage needs some clean-up around the edges - there's a great deal of white pixels showing through your transparency.

In regard to the font, you would get a cleaner result if theres's one font style/size/weight for your body text. Some of it is very difficult to read since it's bold or italicized (sometimes for no reason).

I almost missed your navigation since it's so small!

On the About Us and Clients pages, the flash header above your white table of body text is not the same width as the white table cell. The layout feels like things are not matching up, which is a bit unsettling.

Ditto on the fonts. Also justifying text on websites is tricky. You can never control the spacing as in print. I think you'll find it easier to read with the text ranged left.

I would also question the relevance of the images used. In particular the enless flash loop of glasses. This is very distracting. Imagine seeing your site for the first time and guessing what it's about from just the images - optician's? accountant's? mobile phone system? Retirement plans? I would suggest some placed staffhappy in their work would be more useful. Also you need "Staffing agency" up there big and clear.
