I'm a little more concerned with human accessibility, but it seems marked up correctly. Keep in mind the reason for "accessibility," and you may want to rethink the middle picture bar.

This holds for usability as well. Be the first on your block to explain why World Wide Web Consortium Standards of coding (XHTML and CSS) matter. A potential customer wanting to know why they should dump the table site they paid good money for might not agree "because the W3C said so" is a persuasive reason. (All good potential candidates for the FAQ)

The site is acceptable. It does not make much of an argument for your service above other alternatives. This is, arguably, a usability issue as it does not help the user accomplish their task of finding the one design agency they will work with.

Thanks DCrux

The reason I havnt really pushed the Accessibilty side is because I don't know if I am doing it right...I don't want to say I can do something if I can't.. But once I learn how to do it properly I will be promoting that part of my services... I find it hard to understand the accessibility validators like bobby and the likes....From what I can gather the site passes at least the A accessibility rating. I am just starting out in the accessibility and usability side of things so its a little confusing at this stage.
