Site Review...

Hi,

First, the sign post in the logo is fine, but the text is blurred. I would also suggest placing only one large banner to the right of the logo. It will immediately help to tighten up the look and professionalism.

As other's have mentioned, the page takes too long to load and you should consider breaking it up into categories and sub-pages.

Other than a few tweaks here and there, it's fine.
