Submit Your Site For Review Need a fresh set of eyeballs to take a look at your site? Have a specific issue or question about some aspect of your layout, design or interface? This is the forum for you. When submitting your site, be sure to discuss what aspect you are looking for input on. Just posting a link with the word 'review' isn't appropriate.

Default DOCTYPE

Hello all,

I am rather new to website optimization. I went to the website on the "Sticky" for Validation and I keep getting a "No Doctype found!"
I have tried reading, but I'm lost. Is there a validater that tells me what doctype each page is?
Can someone help me in the right direction?
Thanks

Default Re: DOCTYPE

You might try posting your site address. Others than would have something to look at and might be able to give you a better answer.

Default Best Validator and it's FREE

If you go to the World Wide Web Consortium you'll find all the information, tips and help you need in this endeavor. Run your site "as is" and it'll tell you what it's looking for, can't find, and suggested fixes.

ALSO, I suggest EVERYONE click the "show outline" option when validating to see how your site appears to many robots in regards to the heading emphasis.

Good luck!
