Nice looking site, but you need to change your metas throughout the site, and stop using the same set for all pages. Make the metas relevant to the page they are on, you will do better.
I know you know this, but you asked.

Once question I have... is there a non-flash version ?

Remember not everyone uses flash.. also Flash is not accessable to the disabled to using bobbyreader ( section 508).

I would recommend a adding a html based pages as this is a law site and is trying to provide information. Making this accessible to every one. Also the html version will easier for the SE to crawl.

On a positive not the flash site looks great and loads fast.

Keep up the good work and remember all your customers..

I can't imagine why there is a Flash version which is just the same as the HTML version. The HTML version has one menu item less. With the same as the Flash version it is identical. What's the point?

I feel that the top image, the Driving force ADR logo and the right hand image of a speedometer are totally counter productive. I was amazed to find that this site is nothing to do with cars!

It is actually to do with arbitration and mediation. I would seriously think about leading visitors off in 180° the wrong direction from visual clues.

The flash pages scroll bar is unlear and blends into the autmotive theme. Many visitors are not used to iframe scroll bars - try and make it easy for them.
