Valentine Site
Well,it sure does look like it's geared towards Valentine's Day. ;-)
You might try a different color scheme, different name and different URL.
For instance, if you used the word "hearts" instead of "valentines" people might be more less inclined to think of the projects as only geared towards Valentine's Day. Although you have a patriotic heart and snowflake hearts, which could suit other occasions, the overall look and feel of the site suggests otherwise.
This site seems to be geared towards children, so if some of the projects are meant for adults, you may want to mention that on your home page.
You might want to change it into a site about paper crafts, with valentines being only one craft. The envelope instructions can certainly suit any occasion, but in your copy you refer to them as envelopes for valentines, and the patterns look like Valentine's Day patterns.
I think if you want people to visit year round, you may have to move the focus away from Valentines. Of course, if you do that, you'll want to be sure you're getting at least as much business per year as you do with this site.
Also, you might consider keeping this site as is, and creating another site just for paper crafts.
