A little focus is needed, me thinks:

Real Estate has just two entries:

"real estate in india" [cap 'I'?]
and
"homes in Las Vegas, Nevada"

To stand any chance you need to specialize...

Interesting header... though at first I thought the buildings were tombstones for some reason. Once I figured it out I thought it was cute. I like the look of the navigation. Why do 'directory' and 'industry form' have underlining and the other 3 directories don't?

Home page needs more content- it's looking really sparse (but then I guess you're probably building content throughout the site at the moment.) It looks worse the bigger your window since the text is centered and just keeps unwrapping until it's one looong line of text.

The color scheme is very appealing and the searches work smoothly. I'd add something to differentiate the Adwords ads though... either more whitespace or some sort of block around them, they're crowding the search box a little.

There really isn't that much too critique- you've got a nice site that just needs to be filled with content.

Where it says "The latest links" I would make the colors of the links darker - the blue looks washed out on the beige background on my screen.

Other than that, I question why you have banners to companies like Power-Glide on your pages - it doesn't seem very relevant. Try something business or industry category relevant - you might just find that your clickthroughs increase, and sales too!

No doubt over time things will change with a site like this..(Always Tweeking) it's on its way to being very good...Personally i think the colours clash a little but at least they are pascal so its not overpowering. The categories need a little more structure maybe, eg in the computers and internet section one of your categories is web hosting and SEO - to me theses have nothing to do with each other,I would have had them seperate, if you get my drift.. Overall it has great potential...
