The page -- there is no other site content -- looks okay. Content, on the other hand is generic and could apply to any software package in the category.

It might be interesting to have content drive a design, now and again. That is, experiment with the absolute best content, then create the design. This way, there is no limiting each package to a generic, one sentence description. If there were other pages, content on the first page would then create the interest needed to drive site visitors into the site.

Check out jewelboxing.

I'm begining to think free downloads are offered as some kind of magic bullet; a solution to having to think up reasons to buy. Copy works. Long copy works better -- if you have something to say. (and if you don't, then forget putting up a site to advertise that fact to the world). If there is nothing to say and no interest in what customers want to buy, no copy can ever be short enough to mask it.

Thanks for the feedback, the reason there is no content as yet is i havent put the site forward for approval yet so as it is is just the basic design without any information yet.

Thanks for the ideas though

You might fix the top About us to About Us. It would make everything else the same than.

Other than that site looks ok to me. Easy flow.
