Well, since I had my browser's pictures turned off from another site review, I decided to look at your site with pictures off. Hey, main page look good, most alt tags are there and it was an attractive page. Sub-pages are a different story. Please update the tags there as well.

OK, pictures turned back on now: Much better. Now I can see your logo which was completely invisible before. Completely invisible!

My belief is that if you were shopping for something online you wouldn't have your pictures turned off anyway (MHO), but i have put alt tags where i can.

I am using agoracart, it was the easiest (and free) to customize to our design, using html templates and perl to dynamically create the pages. Because of this i don't think i am able to put alt tags on the product pages, they are pulled out of the database as needed. If anyone knows better please tell me how ! lol

I am also aware of an issue with the layout in firefox / netscape and will be working on this first thing monday.

If anyone has exp. with this shopping cart system, or, can reccommend another one that may be better (at a good price) i am willing to take a look as the site will grow quite large once the other suppliers and products are entered.

Do you honestly believe blind and visually impaired people choose to shop online with their pictures turned off???! Follow this logic and one might think visually impaired people also choose not to look at products in the real world either.

This annoying stuff about Accessibility exists for a reason. Please educate yourself and your web store will be better for it - or remain short sighted, and your competitor's sites will be the better for it ;-)
